How a Simple Beer Led to a Game-Changing Partnership



A little over 18 months ago (@ Jamie Whiting) sent me an email suggesting we catch up for a beer to ‘shoot the shit’.

 

We had been proudly collaborating with Barkers on a few projects over the years, so a catch-up beer was well in order to work out how we could give our partnership a good kick in the arse!

 

What came of that ‘shit shooting’ was an idea to bring together the corporate and wholesale division of the Barkers Group with Producto to create a bigger, better business.

 

Building on our common vision of innovation, sustainability, creativity, disruption, branding, customer experience, and being good bastards, we set out to create a truly unique offer in the market.

 

Last month marked our one-year anniversary.  Still trading under the name PRODUCTO, we are raising the bar on how we offer innovative merchandise and apparel solutions to iconic corporate clients.  We are also expanding our offer into retail supply and e-commerce opportunities, partnering with some of the biggest brands in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

 

We are loving being a part of this iconic group of companies and super excited by what comes next…
